REST and Composite APIs

Headless Salesforce & APIsREST and Composite APIsMaster the Salesforce REST API and its composite resources: CRUD, upsert by external ID, SOQL pagination, search, files, Composite, Batch, Tree, sObject Collections and Composite Graph, with production-grade Node.js and Python clients and an end-to-end order sync.Intermediate · about 90 minutesWhat you will learn

Perform CRUD, upsert by external ID, describe, query, search and file operations with the REST API

Paginate SOQL results correctly with nextRecordsUrl and choose between query and queryAll

Choose between Composite, Composite Batch, sObject Tree, sObject Collections and Composite Graph and use referenceId chaining

Build resilient Node.js and Python clients with token refresh, retry, backoff and per-record error handling

Design idempotent integrations using external IDs and conditional requests

Decide when a custom Apex REST endpoint is justified over standard resources
